Dr. Rick Leibold is not only the founder of Quarryville Family Dentistry — he’s also the reason many patients say they’ve finally found a dentist they trust. A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Leibold brings over 30 years of experience and a calm, approachable demeanor that puts patients of all ages at ease.

After earning his Bachelor of Science from Albright College, Dr. Leibold went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1988. He began his dental career as an associate in Boothwyn, PA before following his dream of opening a practice where quality care and personal relationships would come first. That vision came to life in 1992 when Quarryville Family Dentistry was born.

Known for his gentle touch and commitment to continued learning, Dr. Leibold works closely with his team to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, individualized care. His dedication to excellence and genuine love for his community have made him a trusted name in dentistry throughout the region.

Dr. Leibold is a devoted husband and father of 4 beautiful daughters and one granddaughter. He is an avid hunter and enjoys the great outdoors. Getting to know his patients and their families is his favorite part of the job!

Dr. Martha grew up in Pinar del Río, Cuba, and later moved to Miami, where she attended Florida International University and earned her degree in Biology. Her interest in dental public health grew through research with the National Institutes of Health, where she explored ways to improve access to dental care for children in South Florida. She later shared her findings with Florida lawmakers to help advocate for better access to care.

Dr. Martha earned her dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she received additional training in caring for medically complex patients and individuals with special needs. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is passionate about providing both functional and aesthetic care. Her goal is to ensure that every patient feels heard, informed, comfortable, and confident in her care.

Dr. Martha believes that great dentistry starts with trust and communication. She takes the time to listen to her patients, explain their treatment options, and involve them in decisions about their oral health.

Outside the office, Dr. Martha enjoys reading thrillers, cooking intricate dishes with her husband, Juan, and spending time with their two pups, Rocco and Sydney. She is excited to be part of the community and looks forward to getting to know her patients and their families.
